I’m back in LA! After a nice 2 week break in Houston earning money to support myself, it’s back to the grindstone… oh wait, not yet. They haven’t scheduled any hours for me to work! I must be vigilant about making things happen now because being poor and having little money sucks.

bluebonnet.jpgI finally made a chance to check out my Brenham photos that I took a few weeks ago! There were a LOT of great photos and as soon as I figure out a photo system, I’m going to post them! Every time I go out to snap a few, I learn something new. This time it was my macro lens. I took some super close photos of the bluebonnets and it looks amazing! I really hope I find a photo gallery system that works with this website.

When you drive your car, what’s usually on your radio? or tape/CD player? For many, it’s probably a mainstream rock/pop/rap/r&b tune. For others, it’s likely an alternative like jazz, talk radio or country. Then there’s a few of us (including me on occasion) that listen to classical. Especially composers such as Rachmaninov! Oh, the beauty of his piano concertos!

According to a list developed in Britain, you shouldn’t listen to Wagner’s (pronounced Vahg-ner) Ride of the Valkyries while driving because of its intensity. It gets so intense that you might lose concentration. As silly as this might sound, I’ve been known on occasion to lose a little concentration because the song was so good I had to jam with it during my drive.

I’ve been lucky, though…
